1. What is a digital RSVP?

A digital RSVP is an online method for guests to confirm their attendance at your event. It’s faster, easier, and environmentally friendly compared to traditional paper RSVPs.

2. What is included in the digital RSVP service?

Our digital RSVP includes a fully personalized RSVP page designed to match your event theme. It also comes with a guest response dashboard, optional upgrades (like digital invitation, details, and thank-you card), and delivery via email.

3. How does the RSVP process work?

Once you place your order, you’ll receive a form to submit your event details. After we receive the completed form, we’ll begin creating your RSVP. It will be ready within 24–48 hours for your review. Once approved, your RSVP will be finalized and sent to you.

4. Can I track responses from my guests?

Yes! Each RSVP includes a personal dashboard where you can view live updates, track guest responses, and download reports in PDF or CSV format.

5. Do I need to install anything to use the dashboard?

No, everything is hosted on our website. You can access your dashboard anytime using a secure login link.

6. What upgrades can I add to my RSVP?

You can include optional items such as a digital invitation, an event details card, and a thank-you card.

7. How do I receive my final RSVP or invitation?

For RSVPs, you’ll receive a final version by email after your approval. For Canva invitations, you’ll receive a link to download and edit your file.

8. What are Canva invitation templates?

These are editable digital invitations designed in Canva. When you purchase one, you’ll receive a direct link to edit the file in Canva.

9. Can you edit the Canva invitation for me?

Yes! You can choose to edit it yourself in Canva or select our editing service, and we’ll customize it for you. (Note: editing service is only for invitations, not RSVPs.)

10. Can I use your Canva templates for RSVP too?

No, Canva templates are for digital invitations only. RSVP services are provided separately with their own customization and dashboard.
